You may return most new, unopened and unmarked items sold in the Foundation's Online Bookstore within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Be sure to include your name and address and, if possible, a copy of your Sales Receipt, with the returned item. Refunds may be issued either by check or credit card.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes our staff to process your refund request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us at once by phone (+1 (951) 296-6261, ext. 30) or by e-mail so we can determine whether to send you postage paid return packaging material, or whether a claim needs to be filed. We will send the appropriate replacement item or, if you prefer, issue you a refund.
All requests for returns and claims for shipping discrepancies, damage or defects should be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
