an aspect of guilt; the belief that we are empty and incomplete, lacking what we need; this leads to our seeking idols or special relationships to fill the scarcity we experience within ourselves; inevitably projected into feelings of deprivation, wherein we believe others are depriving us of the peace which in reality we have taken from ourselves; in contrast to God’s principle of abundance.
